Shipping Delivery

Please check the package upon delivery.

If there is any damage to the packaging or the product, request the delivery person to file a report and contact us immediately. In such cases, the product will be replaced free of charge.

El Crea Designs cannot be held responsible for damages reported after the delivery personnel has left.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the model and order quantity. In general, delivery takes 3-7 days.

Delivery times may be extended during official holidays, regional holidays, New Year's, or religious holidays. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance.

Shipping Fees for Order Cancellations and Returns

In cases of cancellations or returns of products eligible for return, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Return Policy

You have the right to return your product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, you must fill out the contact form on our website. Your request will be reviewed, and you will be contacted within 1-3 business days.

Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.

The product must be undamaged and sent with all its accessories.

Returns of products with damaged original packaging will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 14 days of the invoice date.

Exchange processes are carried out using a code provided by El Crea Designs via our contracted shipping company.

Outlet (marked with an "X") products cannot be exchanged.

For broken, incomplete, defective, or faulty products, only returns are accepted; exchanges are not available.
